The Ministry of Education’s Policy/Program Memorandum - PPM 1: Ontario Schools for the Deaf and Blind as Resource Centres governs the delivery of resource services. Resource Services provides services to preschool-age children who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, low vision, and deafblind, and to their families.
